Privacy policy

How we handle what you share with us.

Effective date: October 18, 2026
Last updated: October 18, 2026

This privacy policy explains how Envision Branding LLC ("Envision Branding," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit envisionbranding.net, fill out a form, or contact us. Our office is at 8338 NE Alderwood Rd Suite 195, Portland, OR 97220.

Information you give us

We collect what you choose to send us:

  • Free folder request form (on our real estate office pages and free folder pages): office or team name, your name, phone number and email.
  • Industry check form (for local businesses): your industry, city or ZIP code, and a phone number or email.
  • Contact form: whether you are a real estate office or a local business, your name or company, a phone number or email, and any message you add.
  • Waitlist: our waitlist uses a Google Form. What you enter there is collected through Google on our behalf.
  • Calls and emails: whatever you share with us when you call or write.
  • Ad purchases: if you buy an ad, the business, contact and billing details needed to complete the purchase. Our website does not have a payment form and does not store card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically:

  • Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. Our hosting and security providers keep this in server logs.
  • Spam protection: our forms use your IP address for a short time to limit repeated submissions.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see the next section).

Cookies and analytics

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising:

  • Google Analytics shows us how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed and time on site.
  • Google Ads helps us measure whether our ads lead to visits, form submissions or calls. When you arrive from an ad, the phone number on our site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number so calls from ads can be counted.
  • Google Tag Manager is the tool we use to load these tags.
  • Embedded content: some pages load content from other companies, such as Google Maps, a YouTube video, Google Forms, Google Fonts, and a Google reviews widget from Trustindex. These services may collect data about your visit under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization in Google's ad settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without cookies.

How we use information

  • Respond to your request and follow up by phone or email.
  • Design, print and deliver folders for real estate offices and teams.
  • Check whether an industry is open in your area, send pricing, and design and place ads.
  • Contact waitlist members when a spot opens.
  • Run, protect and improve our website, and prevent spam and fraud.
  • Measure and improve our marketing and advertising.
  • Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details to other companies for their own marketing. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and security (GoDaddy and Cloudflare), Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Forms and Maps), email and phone providers, payment processors, and printing and shipping providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • Our folder program: folders carry the real estate office's branding and the ads of participating local businesses. To fill ad spaces, we may tell local businesses which office or team the folders are for. Ads that a business places in a folder are printed and handed out as intended.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
  • Business changes: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. That includes while you are a client, advertiser or on our waitlist, and for a reasonable time afterward for records, follow-up and legal or tax needs. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove details that identify you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our site and limiting access to people who need it. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Calls and emails: tell us at any time if you do not want to hear from us, and we will stop.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • Cookies: see Cookies and analytics above.

To make a request, email or call us using the contact details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and why.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

In the last 12 months we have collected the types of information described in this policy: identifiers and contact details (such as name, phone, email and IP address), business information, and internet activity on our site. We collect it from you, from your device, and from our service providers, for the purposes listed above. We do not sell personal information. The advertising and analytics cookies described above may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by blocking those cookies in your browser and adjusting Google's ad settings, or by contacting us. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You may use an authorized agent to make a request. Under California's Shine the Light law, we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
